[Acne] looking for the best acne clinic for pimple shots in NYC?

has anyone found a clinic in nyc that actually specializes in pimple shots for inflamed cystic acne? got these really stubborn inflamed cysts that just won't budge and everything i've put on them topically has done pretty much nothing. they keep getting bigger and more painful over time.

started looking into clinics on google but most of the options are either really expensive or just don't really look like they have the top level expertise, out of the ones i've shortlisted, so far spotlessclinic seems like the best acne clinic for pimple shots in new york city but has anyone actually visited them or know of something better out there.

especially want to hear from people who've actually been to a few different places in the city and know of something that's actually worth it.
