What to do with this ?

Combed through while wet and then just left to dry, takes about 3 hours till properly dry but just a frizzy mess?! And flat on top . My hair is fine on top of head but dense at back which males it really wavy in middle but no volume on top of head, would live to be able to just leave it on its own but this happens? Would really appreciate any tips
