Thinkpad L15 Gen 3 D cover (aka bottom panel)

Hi! I got myself a 2nd hand L15 Gen3 which needs a bottom panel (D-Cover) replacement... I have the version WITHOUT WWAN, hence I do not need SIM tray/slot albeit it looks WWAN and NON WWAN version have the same p/n: 5CB0Z69511. Anything I am missing? Which part shall I order?
