MTRoA Cameras no longer working in town halls

After a recent update withe the front of room view control and such now available on our Logitech RoomMates and such, we are no longer able to share the room Rally camera in Town Halls. It shows that it should be enabled and on but the camera stays in its off position. It has no issues in meetings and testing, can turn on and off the camera at will, but in town halls it just stays permanently off even though it does show as an available device. Has anyone else run in to this?
