Hey guys.

I'm making a Lego Minifigure on my own, 100% custom made. You can see the progress [here](https://i.imgur.com/G4CFzVR.png).

Currently I'm doing the small damage details on the helmet. I tried painting them using a black/white mask[ like I did](https://i.imgur.com/oEQShOs.png) for everything else so far, but I found that I need a bit more control on these small damage bits, so I went on the sculpting route.

[I sculpted the details](https://i.imgur.com/B1uIjfQ.png) in Blender as a test, and imported the low poly mesh into Substance Painter, using the high poly mesh for the bake. [The result](https://i.imgur.com/8IGwTuQ.png) is good, but it's currently a Normal Map.

I need to convert this normal map to an actual Height Map in order to use it to drive real mesh displacement. Is that possible directly from Substance Painter?

If it's not possible, the result can still be usable, because I can use Substance Designer's "normal to height" node to convert the normal map to a height node.

However..... the bake bakes every mesh detail, as you can see [here](https://i.imgur.com/l3XJHIF.png). But I only need to bake the actually sculpted small details and nothing else.

What is the best approach to achieve the results I need?

Thanks
