EPS remittance not made by the company

so my claim was rejected stating that the remittance for 24-25 was not made by my employer, and my employer said that they recieved a form 11 which was signed by me, but I don't recall submitting that form when I on-boarded into the company. does anyone know what exactly will happen in this scenario
