Whats going on with Jio

So my jio recharge plan expired on 27th march and i have not recharged it because i am mostly at home and wifi is more than enough for me. But today i got two call from a sus number which was tagged as scam on truecaller so i didn’t pick it up, and now they called on my mom’s number (vi sim) and when i picked it, a girl on the other side said your phone number(mine) has no active recharge plan, recharge within 2 days to avoid blocking.

\- How did they get my mom’s vi number?

\- Has jio started blocking sim if not recharged for 10 days?

\- Is this some kind of scam?
