I have a Noco Genius 1 and the battery hasn't charged in over 12 hours. Is that normal?

I have a Noco Genius 1 charger, and I've been using it to charge a 12V battery for over 12 hours, about 15 hours to be exact, and it's still showing red light :v meaning it's not fully charged yet (It should supposedly turn green when it's charged I think, it's my first time using it) . I don't know how discharged the battery was, but for reference, the vehicle wouldn't start without I needed to use a jump starter. So it wasn't that discharged, because when it's completely discharged, don't even start with a jump starter.

I need to use the vehicle on Friday, but from what I can see, I don't think it will be charged by then.
