I’m tired of the "fake it till you make it" culture. Here is the ground reality: I’m currently 50,000 PLN in debt.

For the last 14 months, I’ve been grinding across YouTube, AI modeling, streaming, and building "SaaS" tools. I thought AI was my shortcut. I was wrong. I spent more time babysitting ChatGPT and correcting its hallucinations than actually growing my business. I was a "manual laborer" in a digital world.

I hit a breaking point last month. I realized that if I don’t automate the logic, not just the text, I’ll never pay off a dime.

I stopped building new features and spent 3 weeks engineering what I call "AI Employees" in Notion. I moved away from simple prompts to a Chain of Verification (CoV) architecture. My AI now has to fact-check itself, verify against my ICP, and critique its own output before I even see it.

It’s the only thing keeping me sane while I balance streaming, YT content, and this debt.

I’m not here to sell you a dream. I’m here to ask: Has anyone else felt that AI actually INCREASED their workload because of the low-quality output? How did you bridge the gap between "cool demo" and "reliable worker"?

I’m documenting everything in my "SaaS AI Vault" as I fight my way back to zero. If you’re struggling with the grind, let’s talk logic, not hype.
