45 Y, happily married w/kids, no open loans, zero MF/SIP footprint, worked in software companies mostly in India, no ancestral windfalls.

Current net worth is > 20 Cr INR

Almost everything self made since being employed. Not a stock market dare devil as I like to sleep peacefully

60% - Residential Real Estate

10% - Company stocks ready to sell

10% - Policies Sum Assured, Accrued Bonuses

10% - Precious metals physically held

6% - EPF

4% - Liquid funds

Starting to feel I have too much in real estate. The properties are in top areas and selling would be a breeze any day.

What can I do to create more passive income beyond rental income with this portfolio?
