Can I save this Haworthia Cooperi?

I got this plant today, but it unfortunately arrived beheaded — the rosette got separated from the roots during shipping.

Is there any chance the roots will grow something? And can the rosette grow new roots?

Any advice would be really appreciated — I’d love to save this baby 🥺 😭
