How much does a Demi Chef de Rang earn on a 4-month contract? (Disney Cruise Line )

Hey everyone,

I'm about to sign a 4-month contract as a Demi Chef de Rang on a cruise ship and I'm trying to get a realistic idea of the total earnings over the contract period ; base wage, tips, any gratuity pool, etc.

For context, the position is in a fine dining restaurant setting ( Remy / Enchanté )

Has anyone been in this role or knows someone who has? Would love to hear real numbers if possible. What's the total you walked away with after 4 months?
