A brief intro about me. I am from a tier-2 city. I am currently in my middle 20s. I am from tier-1 btech college. I was working in a very good company(26lpa). However, the work culture was not as good as I expected. So I kind of thought of going for a change, I joined a library around 3 months ago and started preparing for govt exams.

So, the thing is. I had a pretty bad breakup around 3 years ago. So, when I joined a library. Its first time, that I had developed a crush. The girl is maybe 23-25yo. She is preparing for CA. I think she is pretty much sceptical about her preparing for the exam, she tries to avoid anyone knowing about it. Idk why. Anyway, so the thing is I sit nearby her. My friend suggested to swap his seat with me; who sits adjacent to her. In these 3 months, I had very little eye contact with her. I really want to talk to her, I want to know about her more. NOT ROMANTICALLY. But just a person, I somehow find her pretty cute at times. Any sister, who can help me out. As I have noticed, she doesn't use the phone much( maybe she is single). She is pretty much studious as she doesn't look anywhere. I am thinking of swapping my seat and then trying to talk with random girls. Just to ease the tension between that girl and me. As changing seats with my friend. Would directly trigger some alarms. Please suggest.
