Anatomy expert vs Toughness

So my build is a death world warrior executioner my intelligence is base 25 and every opportunity i build up my Medicae the ratio at level 21 is 50 toughness and 55 or 65 medicae i don’t remember but after cassias first turn where i apply all the buffs my toughness gets to 125 and medicae sits around 80, is my wounds determined by the medicae skill still despite my toughness being much higher?
