Google's 12 testers / 14 days rule is killing me as a solo dev in Japan

QUESTION

I run a 200K MAU website in Japan and recently shipped the iOS version. It was a pain in the ass with the upfront payment, Xcode, and review cycles, but I got through it. Recently I shipped the Android version too. Even though the fee is lower, I find this 12 people 14 days testing thing a big hurdle.

I live in Japan and I don't know anybody around me who uses Android. iPhone is super popular here. How do you guys handle this?

For context, I deploy my web web app several times a day. Small bug fixed? Ship it. Some performance update? Ship it. In the age of coding agents, where custom software can be built in hours, what is the point of this 14 days rule and review cycle?

How did you guys get through this? Especially if you're a solo dev or small team, I'd love to hear how you found testers and dealt with this process
