Trying to eat in a calorie deficit but starting to get hungry

So I have been exercising regularly, 5-7 times a week, I use a stationary bike most mornings for 30 minutes and use my weights to do some arm workouts while I do this, I also have started running on the weekends and go for walks while I work. I have been eating in a calorie deficit, it was about 1800 calories and was able to lose about 30 lbs in 6 months. This past month I have been kind of stagnant with my weight lost and then went dow to about 1600 calories and I started loosing weight again and I was feeling full.

Now I’m noticing I am getting hungry, like I’m not eating enough calories, but if I eat more I won’t lose any weight. I am currently at 195 lbs, and would eventually like to get down to 160, but my next real goal is 180. I typically eat at least 100 grams of protein and 30 grams of fiber a day.

I’m just at a loss of what I should be doing to continue losing weight and eating in a calorie deficit but not feeling hungry all the time.
