Demidov for Calder.... hear me out.

So last year Hutson won, as a defender he had the most points at 66 (greatly helped with the habs making the playoffs, which is more then Schaefer (currently at 58) possibly won't make the playoffs.

Demidov has 61pts so far, while Celebrini finished with 63, Demidov could surpass Celebrini in points.

So last year a defender won the Calder with 3 pts over the runner-up.

This year a forward is leading the "runner-up" by a margin of 3 pts....

why is everyone saying Schafer is a lock to the Calder, when circumstances from last year are the complete opposite.
