Courtroom-friendly watch suggestions for small wrists that last all day?

Fashion

Looking for a watch. I want to add a small, quietly polished detail to my daily look.

I'm a newer attorney in a busy city. I spend a lot of time in court, at depositions, and running between offices. There are plenty of moments when I either cannot pull out my phone or don't want to seem like I'm checking messages in the middle of a conversation. I want a watch that fits with suits, does not scream "finance bro," and does not feel like a brick on a smaller wrist.

What I need:

- Smaller case sizes only. My wrists are narrow, and big faces look cartoonish.

- Comfortable enough to wear all day, not heavy.

- Neutral, classic look: leather or an understated metal band.

- Durable enough that a knock on a counsel table will not ruin it.

- Prefer analog, but open to a hybrid if it does not read as an obvious smartwatch.

Budget is flexible. I would love recommendations at a couple of price points, including a nicer option I could buy once and wear forever. Specific models you love and why you think they work best for court would be hugely appreciated. Thanks in advance.
