Measuring Outside of a Building via Drone

Hi people 🙋‍♂️

I want to measure the outside structures of a building with +-5cm accuracy. Is that possible with a DJI Mini 5 Pro and if yes, how would you do it or which Software is best for it? In the End an accurate 3D-Model of a building for importing in a CAD Software would be great.
