C On High School Transcript

I am currently a junior looking to major in engineering (not sure which yet). Up until this point I have mostly As with a few A-s on my transcript, except for semester 1 of this year where I got a C+ in apush… I am on track to get around a B semester 2.

How will this affect my college applications? Obviously I have not shared all my other info, but like is it possible for me to get into somewhere like GT, Cornell, CMU, or UMich with that on my transcript? Or is that something that top schools would instantly reject me for?
