How disgustingly bad is the anti cheat in this game?

I’ve started liking counter strike and competitive more and more recently. I started getting a bit better at the game and I’ve been playing premier, not faceit, so I can get drops. After all, it is at least a bit of free money to buy some skins or something. I managed to win alot and I’m now at about 19000 elo, but I got put into low trust factor (?), even though I’ve never cheated in my life. This has made my games actual cancer - I usually have atleast 4-7 people in the lobby who are blatently using walls, not even hiding it in the slightest. How am I supposed to enjoy this game? How is a billion dollar companys anti cheat system so fucking ass? I genuinely don’t understand. What should I do? Am I supposed to get cheats as well??
