I built a tool to learn German directly from YouTube videos by clicking any word in the subtitles. What do you think?

Hallo zusammen!

I love learning through comprehensible input (like Easy German videos), but I always found it annoying to pause, open a dictionary, check the gender/article, and write down the context every time I didn't know a word.

So, I built a personal web player to scratch my own itch.

As you can see in the screenshot, if you click any German word in the subtitles while watching a YouTube video, it pauses the video and pops up an analysis showing:

• The proper article and gender (das Handtuch / Neuter)
• The English meaning
• The exact context sentence in both German and English
• A quick shortcut (S) to save it directly to an Anki deck (coming soon).

It's still a work in progress, but I wanted to see if others in the community think this workflow is useful. Would love to hear your thoughts or feature ideas!
