The put me on 16mg to begin with???

I had no idea it was a high dose to come down from I’m on day 7 I think? I do not want to be on subs long term and possible mess with my other prescriptions like my Xanax which I would give anything up for bc if my extreme condition that causes deep suicidal ideation. I didn’t know they were so hard to get off of all I know is after one more day or two I want out!!! I read and people say 16 is going to be a monster to get off of. This was just for being unable to break the 7oh pattern. Next appointment I’m going to tell her start tapering fuck what you think will keep me off opioids. I don’t have an opioid people. Everyone who’s done 7oh knows it’s different shit. I get something for relief just to know I must go through hell to get off it? I’m so pisseddddd.

Suggestions for tapering at this dose?
