Where is all my stuff?

There is nothing there. Everything is gone and I will not continue to play if this is the case. I was promised all sorts of stuff because of the reset and nothing is there. This is messed up. I understand that the season reset is a thing but I was under the impression I'd be able to keep my heroes at level one and get the resource I accumulated for next season (can't remember the name of it.) I was really enjoying this game but the resource gathering was a big part of it and if it's not carried over in some way, it's not worth it. I'll move on to Raid or Godforge. DAmn.
