the one person businesses that are quietly doing well all seem to have the same thing in common

not talking about the ones posting revenue screenshots. just the ones that seem stable and not stressed

from what i can tell they figured out pretty early which parts of running a business actually needed them and which parts didn’t. and they just stopped doing the second category manually

it’s not really about working smarter or any of that. it’s more like they just have less on their plate because a lot of stuff runs without them

idk maybe obvious but i rarely see it talked about that way. curious what people here have actually delegated or automated that made the biggest difference
