Wanting a deeper voice without T

I really hate my demon voice, I want to hear the experiences of anyone who has had the voice deepening surgery without T.

I don't want to go on T, I'm honestly fine with the rest of me except for my chest. The side effects of T just outweigh the positives.

Does anyone here have an experience with voice deepening surgery?
