Not a Ao3 user but, if I wanted to make a character those abilities are based on the 22 Major Arcana cards. What abilities would they have?

the basic idea is that this character would have 22 Major Arcana physical metal cards, that they would say the number and the name, and the ability of said card would come into fruition.

it wouldn't be one singular ability but rather 22 separate abilities.

One example would be that of No. 10, wheel of fortune, basically it would be a power based around the fortune of yourself or others depending on the situation.

e.g. say the character is in the bathroom of a casino, they activate the No. 10 card and then they go play a few games or whatever of blackjack and win a ton of funds for the rest of whatever trip they're doing.
