Cost of resell of a vehicle

How is the resell price of a vehicle computed?

From what I understand:

• When the vehicle exits the depot, it loses 1/5th of its value

• Its odometer impacts the resell price

• Whether it is still produced (when the timeline is enabled) impacts the resell price

Are there any other criteria that impact the resell price? What is the weight of each of them?
