Hi group! I really need some help and I'm dumb as rocks in this department. Feel free to break it down for me like I'm in 1st grade

I'm attaching 3 pics:

1. A pic of one of the speakers

2. The cable plug in

3. The back of the receiver that I bought.

So I have 4 Bose speakers that came pre mounted with this house near the ceiling. basically one in each corner. The wires come out of the wall under the TV. I've never hooked them up because I thought I would need a ton of big audio vid equipment, and I have no idea what I'm doing. But it would be nice to have these speakers hooked up to my TV.

Someone said that I could get a mini receiver and just plug them in, so I recently got this tiny Pyle one. The plugins on the cords are round and big, but on the back of the receiver, it's almost like you need bare wires to clip into holes.

Will this still work for me? did I get the wrong thing? I just wanted something small and uncomplicated. Do I cut off the cord ends and stick the 4 wires in the two red and two black clips? If so, how do I know it is red and black?

Next, even if I did get these speakers hooked up to it, I don't even know how to hook this thing up to my Roku tv. it didn't come with any cords but a power cord. What else do I need?

Or, do you have any recommendations for something else equally compact and supposedly simple?

I'm not my smartest at this subject, so I appreciate your help so much. Thanks!!
