Question regarding "Black Lotus Proxy MTG" website

Good morning everyone,

Can anyone vouch for this website?

https://www.blacklotusproxymtg.com

It looks like when you place an order, you have to manually send payment to an email address mentioned on the site.

I checked the subreddit wiki and saw that a lot of people vouch for "BL," but I wanted to double-check: is this the actual website everyone is talking about, or is this a third-party reseller?

Thanks for the help
