What am I doing wrong?

Frolic. I use S&B loading capsules as they seem to fit pretty well, not hard packed. Set temp to between 365 and 410 F. After getting the haptic that temp is reached which only takes about 10-15 seconds I draw-nothing. Wait another 20 seconds and retry-nothing. Hard draw continuously and it FINALLY starts producing Vapor after being “ready” for a minute and a half! Why is it taking so long? When I watch YouTube vids everyone seems to be getting Vapor almost immediately.
