Please Help! Asking for information.

Hi guys, I was recently off-boarded from Project S and was wondering about Project HH or any other generalist tasks. I’m confused as to why I haven’t been reached out to this project as my sister has and we have similar skill sets. Does anyone have any advice on getting into projects quicker? Thank you!!
