PCOS and sema?

Looking for experiences from people who have managed PCOS related symptoms and weight gain with semaglutide specifically. I am not able to take tirzepatide, as the side effects were too severe.

I’m hoping with microdosing that I can have some symptom management without the severe fatigue and nausea, but am also worried that it won’t be enough to help with weight management. Thoughts?
