Unmatching and AM apps

Hi! Just got into the AM market, and I tried looking it up but couldn't find an answer. How long would you wait before unmatching with someone in the following cases:

1. The other person sent the interest. How long would you wait for them to reach out to you before unmatching? I do know people are juggling multiple options on AM apps, but would love to know this to filter out prospects more easily.

2. You sent the request, reached out, and are waiting for them to reply.

Also, in terms of AM apps, which is better for females from cities who may not be very concerned about caste based matches? it's nice if I get someone from my own community, but I wouldn't mind someone outside of it as long as our values etc match.
