To live near parent’s house? I’m considering it but I want my freedom

Problem/Goal: Hi! My parents are planning to buy a property located just 2 houses away.. the thing is I’m planning to move out.

I’m considering to move out for independence + freedom, and I’m thinking of sharing sa paghuhulog ng property so I can rent it din.. problem is 2 houses away lang nga and I might not have the “freedom” still. Also planning to buy nalang the house kasi my mom doesn’t want to buy it talaga, yung dad ko lang may gusto.. so I want to negotiate na buy under their name pero ako nalang maghulog kasi di ako ma-approve pa sa financing due to no ITR (just got employed again this year)

Context: So ayun, do you think it’d be okay? My parents pa naman doesn’t like me going home late and I’m lowkey concerned na baka ma-“police” nanaman nila yung pag-uwi ko nang late kahit I moved out, since they’re just 2 houses away.
