A couple try to scam a a woman into paying for their surrogate baby only to factually get pregnant?

Pretty sure this is from the 2000’s (maybe 90’s); there’s a couple who answer an ad in a paper and lie to a single hopeful-mother that the woman is pregnant. Over time the not-pregnant woman starts to spend time with the hopeful-mother and feels bad about scamming her and is going to tell her she isn’t actually pregnant and call the whole scam off only for her to find out she is actually pregnant. I don’t really remember anything else from the film or about the ending other than the boyfriend eventually fucking off as he was the kind of villain. A heartwarming drama kind of film, any ideas?
