How to get started with Final Day and painting advice.

Hello, Star Children! I’m an aspiring Genestealer Cultist who’s really interested in the biological horror of the Tyranids, and I would like to try painting some for a Final Day list. What are some good infantry-sized models that take well to contrast or washes?

Also, what restrictions apply to the types of Tyranid models you can take with your army?
