How are you keeping leads consistent?

The thing is that I run a small junk removal business, and up until recently things were pretty steady. I’d even say enough to keep us busy weekly

Lately though it’s been all over the place.. I mean one week we’re slammed, the next it’s completely dead. Most of our work comes from word of mouth and the occasional post on social media. So I’m guessing that’s part of the problem

I’ve been looking into ways to make things more consistent and I keep seeing people talk aboutdigital marketing for junk removal. The idea is that if you rank well in your area leads just kind of come in without having to chase them all the time

As for me it sounds great, but I’m still a bit skeptical. I have this kinda feeling when one of those things that sounds better than it actually is

Has anyone here actually tried it? Did it make a real difference, or is it mostly hype?
