LOA

So I’m currently on LOA, and I still need to pay for my health benefits. But no matter how many times I reset my password I still have zero access to ColleagueZone or workday. At one point it’s giving me an error message, I tried calling HR but I keep getting automated messages. Does anyone have any tips?! Or any direct numbers ?
