FLR guidance resources?

NSFWQuestion

My wife and I have kind of dabbled with FLR stuff in the past. She's not a dominant personality, but she does enjoy when I do things for her. She's also making more money than now and I'm sliding into a more domestic role, even more domestic than I was. She also has a guy that she's been seeing online for years (it used to be in person, but he's not here anymore), though she does engage me much in cuckold play (even if I find it hot). It's more of a polyamory situation I suppose.

Anyway, I'm realizing that I'm a MUCH happier person if I can let go of my ego and embrace being submissive to her in any way that I can be. These days it's kind of either or with me. Either I'm stuck inside my own ego and insecurities and low-key resent her for various things. OR I can let go of my ego and embrace her, celebrate her, and not expect that our relationship is exactly equal. I know this might not sound 100% healthy, but whose relationship is? And I know that I'm happier in the later situation.

Anyway, we've talked about it. She's willing to try a more formal FLR again. But I think we need some coaching. I need a way of staying enthusiastic. She needs a way of embracing this and not feeling guilty. I'm wondering if there are any resources that we can turn to help us develop a way forward that makes us feel closer together and works for us. I saw there is a training thing at gynarchy.io, that that's asking for a $1,200 commitment and her vibe is a little woo-woo and probably not a fit for my wife. Has anyone else found anything that's useful?
