Ayaneo kun stuck on loop

guys please help my ayaneo kun is stuck on the M screen the spinning circle gets stuck then says we will restart for you. I’ve tried getting into safe mode via holding power button down 3 times still no luck what do I do? dpc watchdog violation comes up ​
