Qatar Airways refund confusion – anyone faced this?

I have family trip from India to Europe via Doha, they have cancelled the entire trip.

I request for refund of my booking (travel in May):

•	Paid: ₹3,33,760

•	Refund email shows: ₹3,12,140

•	Support says remaining ₹21,620 (seat charges) will be refunded separately (mentioned system glitch on call)

Also, I noticed that seat charges are not shown in the electronic receipt at all.

They said I’ll get the full amount.

Has anyone experienced this?

Did the seat refund come separately and how long did it take?
