Protesting Property Taxes: How to get housing sales data?

I typically protest myself every year and use reports from free sites. 2 of those sites shutdown this year: Jubally and https://protestyourpropertytaxes.com/ :(

I am about to pull the trigger on a report from ProtestingPropertyTaxes.com , but before i do, wanted to see what you other DIY'ers use for pulling sales data and possibly a report we can submit to hcad.
