Hey I’m wondering if anyone else has or knows what this is?  A whitish patch with less blackheads and a slightly different texture to the other skin on the tip of my nose? I think it’s also slightly raised. It appeared around a few days ago, not sure what from especially since I’ve been using minimal products (cetaphil cleanser, ceramide lotion, tretinoin, sunscreen) which I have consistently used for a while. 

It’s a bit hard to tell from pics but more obvious in person ..

Could this be a flat wart? I think I have some small ones on my hands, but have been using gloves to wash my face  and apply skincare. Could it be Contact dermatitis maybe from the gloves or towels/pillow? Some sort of keratosis? 

Sun exposure? I’m kinda nervous bc I saw someone on Facebook have something similar and it was skin cancer…

My skin is pretty oily on the tzone, but the sudden appearance is strange. I have been really stressed lately if that’s a factor? But not really had a change in diet. I did start taking zinc tablets around just over a week ago though 

I’m going to see a dermatologist on Sunday but thought I would post here to see.
