LPT: If you want to build a habit, make it almost stupidly easy at first
I used to think habits had to start strong to stick, but what actually worked for me was doing the smallest version possible like 2 pushups, or reading one page. It feels almost pointless in the moment, but it removes the resistance of starting, which is usually the hardest part anyway.
Once it becomes routine, you naturally do more without forcing it. The key isn’t intensity, it’s consistency make it so easy that skipping feels weirder than doing it.
