Think I have Psoraisis on private parts, is my life over?

I've probably had it around a year now without a professional diagnosis, but it's a dark red rash on one side of my testicles that then turns into flaking and sore skin.

Its made day to day life quite painful and the basic things I've tried haven't worked.
