Feels like this is moving from potential into something more defined
There’s a point in every exploration story where things start to feel a bit more real.
Not proven yet, but no longer just a broad idea.
NovaRed Mining looks like it’s approaching that stage.
They’re actively running multi-zone geophysical surveys across a large project area of over 11,000 hectares, using methods that can reach depths of around 1500 meters.
That’s not surface-level work. That’s an attempt to understand the structure of what could be a larger system.
What makes this interesting is the transition.
Earlier, the story was mostly about potential.
The stock reflected that too:
a move from roughly 0.05 CAD to over 1 CAD, about a 20x increase, driven largely by attention and positioning.
Now the focus is shifting.
Instead of just potential, the company is building the data needed to define actual targets.
And once targets are defined, the next step becomes much clearer.
That’s when the narrative usually evolves from general exploration into something more actionable.
At the same time, the broader environment for copper continues to build quietly in the background.
It’s not about short-term spikes, it’s about long-term demand tied to infrastructure and energy systems.
Put together, it feels like this is one of those phases where the story starts becoming more structured, step by step.
And those are often the phases where things begin to get more interesting.
