Facial flushing - 20ish dpo

Me again. Total lap hysterectomy kept my ovaries, 40F. I appreciate all of the help on my last post. I’ve been on the couch or in bed since with my abdominal binder and still having some pain but overall doing okay. And seeing my doctor Monday just to check things over.

Anyway, I am getting random facial flushing that lasts for hours. This has been happening since right after surgery. My face and ears get hot to the touch. No sweating, fever, or anything. Does anyone get this or know how to get rid of it? I think I’d rather have hot flashes than whatever this ongoing tomato face thing is 😭
