My boyfriend [18M] and I [18F] are going off to college

basically im really stuck my boyfriend had always been a giant player even before he dated me he only settled down AFTER we got together which was very difficult for him, and im lowk his first real girlfriend.

his parents arent really conservative but his dad isnt fond of me at all as a romantic partner at least, and thinks that i will be leaving him eventually and im just staying for the fun of it his mom is neutral we talk on a regular basis and were chill and im friends with his siblings as well, but i guess his dad is the biggest issue

im dating for marriage and i made that clear from the start i guess im just stuck because in the place where i live, its not taken kindly if girls date and if they do their reputation gets kind of iffy so im stuck were going to college in 6-ish months and i really dont know if i should js wait it out or not.

PS hes pursuing medicine in college so his uni is also 7 years and he still needs his doctorates and stuff and i wanted to tie it down early ish like married at 22 or so.
