Goodwill Letter and Chargeoffs

Hi all,

I’ve been reading up on goodwill letters, and intend to try out the goodwill saturation technique. I’m curious if anybody has had luck with these letters, specifically for late payments that resulted in a charge off?

I know it’s nearly impossible to get the charge off removed, but what about the underlying late payments? Thanks in advance!
